Sunset of Summer Solstice Day
- There is the plaсe on the beach of Finland Gulf in Saint-Petersburg where Sun rolls off into the Marine Cathedral on Kronstadt island.

- I made short video with some my photos. Take a look. I think it is a good way to show photos. But as everything it requires practice.
Snow Day
- Snow, snow, snow. A lot of snow every day. Somebody talked about global warming but this winter I have seen amount of snow which I haven’t seen many years. Today we got next 30 cm of this white substance. A little more and I begin to understand in all 20 types of snow, like an Eskimo. :) One good thing: today was “warm snow”. The spring is coming.
January Frosts
- Few months ago I complained that there was no snow. Now we have a lot of snow :) but this January was so cold that the ski walking was impossible.
2010 First Photo
- In the first day of 2010 I waked up early to catch Sun in our high latitudes. This Christmas-tree decoration was very big and was hanged on a fir in fountain park in Peterhof.
Stained-glass window
- I found this window in one of local churches. Huge round glass in a wall with very bright light outside made small hall of the church colourful and miraculous.
Neva river sunset
- By this holidays winter is coming to our city. Snow, ice and frost :) I want to show you another side. It’s last summer, sunset in the centre of the city.

City on the water
- This photo was taken in the summer, in the heat. There was about 20 km to the other coast but nothing obscured the facade of the city on the empty surface of water.
